HUD,
Fonality's universal contact management application, is a next generation
interface that allows companies to control voice from your computer
desktop. It was created to provide presence management for every
employee across multiple collaboration mediums ranging from telephony
to instant messaging and enable employees to easily interact with
one another across these mediums. Fonality has received product
of the year awards for HUD from Customer Interaction and Internet

There are three HUD offerings: HUD Personal; HUD Team, for companies that need company-wide visibility; and HUD Agent, for companies that need distributed call center capabilities. All come with an unlimited user site license. |
